Justine brings an extensive background in school food service and formally began her journey with SFSS in June. She provides leadership and oversight to ensure programs meet National School Lunch Program (NSLP) guidelines, with a strong focus on menu planning, cost control, food ordering, inventory management, and staff training on POS systems. Her experience also includes navigating state and federal administrative reviews and maintaining full government compliance.
Justine is an exceptional fit for school food service consulting because she combines hands-on operational experience with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and financial stewardship. Her ability to analyze programs, implement efficient systems, train teams, and support districts through audits and reviews allows her to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
